Beginner classes are suitable for first time exercisers, but before attending, all clients are advised to have an initial consultation to learn the basic techniques. This helps you enjoy the class and enables us to target any special needs you may have.
Classes are run in 4 week blocks & private sessions are available. If you have injuries or specific physical problems it is essential to have a private session before joining a class.
