SARAH SISSONS

Sarah Sissons
Sarah Sissons was originally an Occupational therapist and Counsellor then moved to France in 1990 when she set up her company Mountain-Equilibre. Since that time Sarah has trained as a sports therapist, reflexologist and Pilates teacher and uses the varied skills she has learnt over the years to work with clients using holistic treatments.

Sarah qualified as a pilates teacher in 2004, completing her initial training with ‘Body control pilates’. She then trained with the ‘Pilates Institute’ in Switzerland, to enable her to become more fluent in French pilates terminology so she could provide better training for her French clients. Since this time Sarah continues to add to her portfolio of course work and qualifications.

In her spare time, Sarah is a keen skier and telemarker in the winter months. During the summer she loves to cycle and walk and has gained a wide knowledge of the area. She is also involved with lots of local events and is well known and respected throughout the community.
